Finally, the day has arrived of wedding. Everyone was busy in dancing, doing rituals ,celebrating and some in just having their own photo session.
Ishika was getting ready in her room. while everyone including her father and brother were welcoming the the groom and his family.
After sometime, ishika walked down the aisle with her father and brother.
Did their rituals and and took everyone's blessings. Then , they both sat together on their places and most of the guests got busy in eating .
ISHIKA'S POV
The most part of the wedding has finally wound up thank God , i wanna change my lehnga please, give my PJs someone . No no no ishika it's your wedding keep smiling face and please don't make faces we will pass this time quickly. Everyone looks so happy.
Wait a minute, i kept my eyes on 'used plates ' table. How can someone waste this much food. Almost all ever piled up with wasted food which can fed to several people. I wondered why even educated people have been so insensitive towards of social obligation of not wasting food.
Seriously, that's my father's whole life hard earn money. Even after that some of them gonna complaint about about the arrangement done in the wedding at their home. This ruined my mood seriously.
Suddenly, Mayank bhaiya approached us he looked so tensed I wondered why. Passing me a small smile, he said something in aryan's ear and he took a leave from me urgently.
I think I should also go back to my room. There is actually an hour for the marriage.
Ishika changed her lehnga and wore saree that was gifted by dadi ji to her .
Saree belonged to Aryan's mother and dadi ji wished ishika to wore this saree during marriage rituals. Which ishika accepted wholeheartedly as a blessing.
Her brother and father also joined her talked about few things.
Meanwhile, in the groom's room everyone was so tensed as Divya went missing from last 2 hours and nobody knew about that.
"I don't know, find my daughter and bring her back to me", said Subha Joshi ( Divya's mother) to the Anand Joshi (Divya's father).
"I will Subha ,please stop crying", said Anand Joshi.
Just then Navneet Mishra entered the room and get know about the whole situation.
"Mayank, come let's go we will search her outside",said Navneet Mishra.
"I should also come with you guys ", Aryan said.
"No, it's your wedding you can't leave like this ", said dadi ji.
"There's an hour for the wedding let me search for her i will come quickly dadi i know ", Aryan tried to convince her.
"Papa , i think you should wait here,if you find her here then inform us , till then i ,Mayank bhai , chacha and Anand uncle search for her outside ok" Aryan said .
His father nooded, all took different directions began finding her.
after an hour later, in pavilion groom was sitting. Then priest requested the bride to join and Ishika come sat beside the groom whose face was covered with the sehra which made Ishika a little confused. Atlast they did all the rituals together, he tied the mangalsutra around her neck and filled her hairline with the pinch of vermillion with that they married each other.
They ask to took the blessings of elders . They did one ny one . Now, it was the time for Ishika to bid a farewell to her father and brother. They all cried while hugging each other. Her brother was making every possible way to make ishika laugh by cracking his stupid jokes. They made her sit in the car and led her to the new phase of her life ahead.
They were welcomed by the family member at the doorstep. Now , Ishika gupta has finally become Ishika mishra .
Ishika noticed that Aryan didn't removed his sehra till now and not talking to her as well. She decided to ask him in private about it. Everyone was looking a bit nervous in the house . She didn't understand what was happening untill Aryan and Divya made their entry through the door . Which made everyone stunned and angry.
They both were in the wedding attire with garland in the neck and Divya's hairline was filled with vermillion with the mangalsutra dangling around her neck . They both were looking like happily married couples. Divya's wrist was covered with the bandage.
Ishika quickly removed the veil of the person with whom she just got married and got shocked seeing the person infront of her who wasn't able to look into her eyes.
"Papa ji aap " , ishika said in the whispering tone ." Why"? She uttered with quivering lips .
She stood there like a statue. She didn't expect this . She felt like dying in that moment.
Everyone started questioning Aryan and Divya while ishika and navneet were staring at each other with teary eyes one filled with immense guilt and another one was just hollow.
Leaving all the choas around, she wiped her tears and made her away to navneet Mishra aka her husband's room seeing her leaving navneet followed her behind but she closed the doors on his face.
